'Tales of the Snow Leopard' Presented at the Russian Federation’s Public Chamber

A new children’s book, "Tales of the Snow Leopard," was unveiled at a special presentation held within the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The work is authored by Alexey Luchnikov, who writes under the creative pseudonym Lenya Kotov.
Guests at the event were treated to a creative meeting with the author, who shared the book’s concept and the writing process, answered readers' questions, and discussed plans for future works. The presentation was also attended by Daria Petrova, Director of the Interregional Association "Irbis"; Irina Sannikova, a member of the "Irbis" Association’s Board of Trustees and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation; and Nadezhda Sumina, a specialist in predatory animals from the Moscow Zoo.
Published with the support of the Interregional Association "Irbis," the book aims to foster a caring attitude towards nature and an awareness of the value of rare animals in children. Through captivating stories about the snow leopard, the author explores themes of friendship, mutual aid, and the importance of environmental conservation.
A particular highlight of the event was a masterclass on drawing snow leopards on T-shirts. The young guests were able to create their own unique pieces of art, inspired by the pages of the book.
