Launch of the 7th Season of "Big Change": The "Irbis" Association shares its experience and inspires youth

Today, the National Centre "Russia" in Moscow hosted the ceremonial launch of the new season of the All-Russian "Big Change" competition. The "Irbis" Association is delighted to be part of the country’s premier youth project.
The main goal of our participation this season is not simply to talk about conservation activities, but to ignite the hearts of young people. We want to show that the cause of protecting rare animal species is an incredibly interesting path where everyone can find their calling—be it science, logistics, communications, or hands-on work in the mountains.
In the "lassnoye Radio" studio, Daria Petrova gave an interview, answering the questions that truly matter to the current generation:

  • Why is it so important to protect rare animal species?
  • What are the main threats to the snow leopard today?
  • Where should a child start if they want to help nature? (It often seems like adults' work).
  • What advice would you give to "Big Change" participants who might want to dedicate their lives to animal protection?
The "Irbis" Association thanks the "Big Change" team for their longstanding partnership, sincere friendship, the shining eyes of the participants, and their invariably warm welcome! Together we have already proven many times that nature conservation begins with personal commitment.
A vibrant, productive, and unforgettable season lies ahead. We wish every "Big Change" participant courage in choosing their challenges, belief in their own strengths, and faithful companions on the path to their dreams! Let this season be the start of your great success story. After all, by protecting nature today, we are building the future!
